As a client one has to completely read and accept following Conditions as a Consent

1. As a client, I Understand that this is a Pain and disease assessment Research and your pain may or may not resolve. As a client I understand that I am participating in this self study Research to help self and possibly others and therefore as a Gratuity of QMA( Quantum Multidisciplinary Alignment) Practitioners time and years of learning is equivalent to me spending my Time, energy and trusting the process. Therefore, there is no charge to this service.

Also, As I client, I understand that I am not allowed to give any TIP. or involve any monetary or such connections as this Research has no official correlation with any government to maintain it's ethics and morality as I the client and as Prajakta A Joshi, PT MA as a Quantum Multidisciplinary Alignment Practitioner would like to do this with complete authentic data collection without interference from any government, funding institute or anyone involved as a connection that unduly affect the Integrity of the research knowingly or unknowingly.

As a Client I understand that this is still in a study process and I as a client and Prajakta A Joshi, PT MA as a Quantum MultiDisciplinary Alignment practitioner can afford with ease to participate in such process as WE are are well provided memebers of the society and not participating out of any obligation but truly to find if we can tap into our DNA information to collect DATA for self healing. The distribution of the pain and disease depends on Quantum Tunneling ability of a client and people, organizations, countries involved. I understand as a client that if I am responsible for the pain I created then I will continue to have pain though understand reasons behind it.

2. I as a client , if suffering from pain where I have used Karmic transfers at soul or ego transfer level then I can able to see other factors involved such as people, organization, Countries and the reason behind such involvement. Then I as a client would have no ability to transfer pain to others unless the pain gets tunneled automatically to those other components involved.

3. I as a client understand that the technique may have some or lot of drawbacks as it is still in the research stage such as one may not be able to see the exact person but just an outline and then I as a client is responsible to deduce own conclusion and may involve in channeling. In such cases tunneling pain towards correct organization or country at large is safest place to start. However, I as a client understand if I hold any malice or anger and used this method as a manipulating channel then this would have significant effect on my own health as a client till I as a client understand true meaning of using own reasoning and logic as one's self assistance.

4. This is a Karmic method of pain and disease assessment and magic or creating magic around it or trying to change the context knowingly with any intent would result in karmic payback even before a thought occurs with such undesirable behavior.

5.I understand that as a client I should try having correct moral and ethical integrity; making sure having good way of addressing one's own trauma that I as a client may be causing towards nature and humanity that i as a client may be a Must after session.

6. I as a client would be able to responsible to have my own interpretation of the visualization as it may flow in the form of pictures that one can use to asses things which may be applicable to others as well.

7.I understand that as a client I give permission by default to publish blogs online available for ALL to see and deduce there own reasoning or get involved in Quantum Tunneling.

8. I understand that this is not a substitute for regular medical and holistic treatment and this is a simple Karmic Transfer avoidance method that is still in research stage.

9. I understand that, there is a possibility of not resolving pain and disease from anywhere from 0% to 100% as one can revert back to getting involved in wrong Karmic actions such as ether given or receiving others wrong.

10. I Understand that session would be an online 30 minute session and there is a possibility that session can be over in five minutes as well as I as a client would be giving itself visualization codes through my own DNA tapping and would be responsible for own interpretations. No context would be given by practitioner.

11. I understand that signing this consent is a must to be involved in this research project and one can take online sessions anywhere from the world as long as you understand your language as therapist would be involved in just basic formality questions. However, You as a client would be responsible to write down your own visualizations and sending picture right away to therapist which would be included in the blog. I as a therapist knows English and I personally prefer one taking a session have a translator for my own ease.

12. I understand that this technique worked on Your Karma Your Responsibility principle and really therefore any wrong or taking undue advantage of others etc. or not having correct ethical or moral code of conduct may result in pain and suffering in itself . I understand this is why one should use this technique as a last resource only after regular medical treatment will not work by default.
